Dublin and Declan (nicknamed The Hooligans) have been buddies since the day they met.
What exactly is a Hooligan?
The word implies a certain amount of ... wildness. It indicates a rowdiness, or a willingness and/or ability to disrupt.
They really are good boys, but they do enjoy getting rowdy when they are together.
