Dalton earned his CDX in a clean sweep.  Three trials, three blue ribbons! 

Now that Dalton has a CDX, this qualifies him for another title awarded by the GRCA ~ VC (Versatility Certificate). 

The Golden Retriever Club of America holds in highest esteem the versatility of those Golden Retrievers who reflect both the conformation and working attributes of the breed. The Versatility Certificate (VC) and Versatility Excellent Certificate (VCX) are awarded to those Golden Retrievers who exemplify that degree of versatility through a combination of accomplishments in each of the following areas : Conformation, Field and Performance.   Versatility points are awarded for the highest achievements in each area: Conformation, Field and Performance. A  total of 12 points must be acquired from within the six categories for a Versatility Certificate (VC).

Beckett made it into back to back tracking tests, so she went to another test on 2/24/13.  Since it didn't fill, she decided to do the test as planned.  She passed with flying colors and earned a "second TD"!  This one at the Sacramento Test held at Mather Regional Park.

(Sept. 25th - Oct. 1st). 

Several of his kids attended and we had a wonderful time.  What a treat for me to, not only see how beautiful and talented they all are, but to see firsthand how much they are loved.

One of the proudest moments for me was watching Brogan in the Stud Dog Class.  It was a difficult decision to choose which two of his kids would represent him, but we finally decided on Matthew and Dublin.

Matthew does it again!  On August 7, 2011, at the Coulee Kennel Club Show in Winona, MN, Matthew was WD/BW under Judge KeKe Kahn!!!  

NEW UKC CHAMPION!

On the weekend of July 30 and 31, 2011, Dublin checked out the UKC organization.  We entered both days, with 2 shows on each day.  Final tally for the weekend:  BOB in all 4 shows, Gun Dog Group 1 in Shows 1, 2 and 3, and Group 3 in Show 4.  He earned all his points and competition wins for his UKC Championship in one weekend!

Back at the Paper Cities KC show on Sunday July 24, Matthew was WD under judge Donna Buxton.

BEST IN SHOW
BRED-BY EXHIBITOR!!

On Saturday July 23, 2011, at the Paper Cities Kennel Club, Matthew was Best Bred By Exhibitor and RWD under judge Stephen Hurt.   Later, in the BBE Sporting Group, Matthew went Group I.  Back in for Best BBE in Show, and Matthew WON BIS BBE!!!!!!  Thank you to judge Wayne Harmon for this exciting win!

Yankee Gets a Started Pass!

On July 17, 2011, Laurie and Yankee attended the Backwater Retriever Club's UKC Hunt Test in Indiana.

Yankee did a great job and earned a pass at his first UKC test.

MATTHEW BISS!!!!!

On July 16, 2011 at the Duluth Kennel Club Show, there was a supported entry hosted by The Greater Twin Cities Golden Retriever Club.  Under Judge Susan Bosshart, Matthew won another BISS!  This was particularly special as it was Matthew's last appearance in Sweeps as a puppy.

What an amazing run it has been for Judy and Matthew.  The final tally for Sweeps wins:

Later that day, Matthew won a very competitive Bred By Exhibitor class under Judge Virginia Lyne.  He then went RWD to the Major.  

There was also a Best Bred By Exhibitor Event offered at this show.  Matthew won BBE in Goldens and then earned a Group 2 in a very large BBE Group!

CONGRATULATIONS JUDY AND MATTHEW!!!

What a great day at the GTCGRC Specialty!  After their BISS win, Judy and Matthew won their Regular class under Judge Linda L Kelly.  They then went on to take the Reserve to a 
4 Point Major!

On March 4, 2011, Judy and Matthew attended the Badger GRC Specialty in Waukesha, WI.   Under Judge Kristi Howe, Matthew won another BOSS!!! 

On October 31, 2010, Beau-D showed at the Delaware Ohio Kennel Club.  He went RWD under judge Mrs. Betsy A. Yates. 

Judy and Matthew attended the GRCA National Specialty in Colorado.  What a great honor to get 2nd PLACE in the large 6-9 Month Puppy Dog Class (10/1/10 ~ judged by Garth Gourlay).

Sarah and Brio made their Conformation debut on 10/1/10 at the GRCA National Specialty in Colorado.  They looked wonderful and I'm sure we'll be seeing more of this team.

At the Rochester Kennel Club show on 9/18/10, Matthew earns his first point by going WD/BOW under judge Nikki Riggsbee! 

On 9/12/10, at the Cuyahoga Valley Golden Retriever Club's tracking test in Ohio, Beau-D earned his TD!!!! Six months old and already titled!  WOW!  Great job Christy and Beau-D!
